Doesn't look all that bad, definitely nowhere near poo levels, although I'm not too keen on the out-of-focus effect you've used. It seem a bit much.
And yes, he could use a slightly better defined neck.

Well he's supposed to be looking down, but quite obviously: it is poo 
And yes I overuse the out of focus thing, especially lately.
It's not 'poo', you've done quite well.
Please excuse my bad draw-over , but I believe you need to bring the eyelet on his helm further down & show more of the top of his helm, this would give the impression that he is looking further down.
When somebody is looking down the face gets squashed together slightly, the top of the head is also more prominent.

That is most certainly NOT poo!
That is actually pretty cool, I am amazed by some peoples talent in the digital area (Traditional artist myself). The blurr gives it that mysterious effect, Im liking it

Thanks for the comments people (don't know what else to say along the lines of thanks and such as i am silly). I'm thinkin about redoing it in Corel Painter, but right now I'm lost in the abundance of brush options and getting rather angry as I choose a brush I like, do something wrong go to the eraser and can never find the brush I like ever again!

Thats what I'm making right now with this poo piece but I wanted to submit something here, its been too long.
