planned fire/energy build
Just a couple of things i can see...not a definitive view, but i have a fair degree of experience with this game.
Only really need 1 Endredux in the sheilds, changing to 2 when you get some free slots, move the spare ones from Fire Shield to Plasma Sheild for Damage Resistance.
Definetly gunna need Damage enhancements in your attacks, especially if you plan to be a Scranker.
Lose Temperature Protection....its pretty useless, and just keep the default slot in Rise of the Phoenix, it'll come round fast enough as it is with a SO recharge in there.
Fitness...you need Stamina, nuff said.

Thats the sort of thing i would build...other people may differ tho.
Ok i have another alternative, although not as cetailed, more just a list of powers to go for, makes good PvP and teamin.
Barrage, Bone Smasher, Whirling Hands, Build up, Total Focus, Energy Transfer.
Blazing Aura, Fire SHield, Plasma Shield, Burn, Consume, Fiery Embrace.
Hasten, Boxing, Tough, Combat Jumping, Super jump, Acrobatics, Swift, Health, Stamina.
Healing Flames Slotted with 3 heal and 3 recharge, will take 15 ish seconds to recharge and will make you virtually unkillable as long as your end holds out anyway. Tough, mainly because IME the two shields in the fire set are good in normal play but in pvp they are pants.
Obviously other ppl use different builds but i find thats the one that works for me. I try to choose powers that will boost my pvp abilities withough spoiling my normal play and reduce my ability to actually tank.
I completely forgot about Burn, useless in PvE...but would be good for keeping Melee based toons away, if you go for it i would probably get 3 Recharge in there to get it back as quick as poss.
What you guys think of this for a fire/energy scranker
i know the slotting is terrible lol, could use advice on it mainly for pvp (as i havent taken taunt wont be very popular)
