Yes insulation shield does protect from endurance drain but not -recovery AFAIK.

I while ago i crafted a mind/ff controler. when i was lookign at the FF secondary i saw insulation field had resistance to endurance drain.
I was recently fighting arachnos and my teammates were having some end problems. i wasnt sure weath they were spaming powers with no endred's or if it was the fault of the Mu.
To sum it up does insulation field for controlers have resistence to end drain or not?
