Any that someone already has can be traded but no new bits can be obtained until the event is run again - next Hallowe'en maybe.
As for using it speak to the contact in Croatoa or Nerva as appropriate - they should be back from their holiday now.

No redname has stated that there would be a chance to get new Halloween salvage after the event ended. Any statement to that effect would be a player rumor based on misunderstanding (or not reading) what has been stated by rednames.

Just wondering if anyone has any Halloween Salvage they are willing to sell to me? or give? i'm not fussed lol, i need a full set for my new character, i would of got the stuff i needed but i honestly didn't know i was going to make a new character so soon lol.
