just reading about the taskforce on gameamp...and it appears that we need to unlock contacts before task force can be offered (sounds simlilar to karsis tf in hollows?)
The following is an extract from gameamp To "unlock" this task force, you must complete the story arcs throughout Croatoa starting with the first contact, Gordon Brower, then on to Skipper Lagrange, then Kelly Nemmers, lastly Buck Salinger. Buck will complete his missions by mentioning that you should go see Katie Hannon. You can then do her task force.
Is this correct...? When I was in Croatoa recently killing Jack and Eochai for the badges....I went and saw her, clicked on her...and she said that need 6 ppl to form team...but she didn't tell me to go away. (unlike Karsis does if you do not have the mission in Hollows)
Any thoughts?

Um, yeah, unlike the earlier TF's she needs to be unlocked. Simply being in the range is not enough. You need to complete the entire Croatoa arc before she'll talk to you. I sort of figured you'd already done this 
Fortunately, yours truely already has Buck Salinger as an active contact. If you like, I'm happy to skip through all his mishes to unlock Katie. I'm currently on the 2nd mish in his arc.
As I'm waiting for Pinkette to catch up to my lvl, I'm trying not to gain any XP which is why I haven't touched Buck's mishes. If you'd like to SK me, we can rush through the arc at lvl49.8 (or have you dinged yet?) to unlock the TF.
I won't be around this evening till late, perhaps 2100 GMT or later. We can do it then, or else we'll have to do it tomorrow prior to the TF. Which might suck.
Hmm, looks like plans may change either way. Pinkette has just told me she won't be able to make it. Sorry for late notice, Nine_Claws.
Think I have unlocked contact myself, but not sure as at work now...will check when next online, but may not be until tomorrow morning....will postpone the tf for now...let me know when you (Mr. TPF) and Pinkette are free next and will try to arrange it then, sorry for the inconvieniance.

Wednesdays and Thursdays are generally the most convenient for both of us. Tuesdays are sometimes ok, but a later start is preferred.
Anyway, NOW she's decided that she can make it in time, if we are still doing the TF. *sigh* Women! 
Sorry to mess you around, but I'm just the middle man! Will watch this post and go with wotever you decide, depending on having unlocked the TF and/or getting enough interest.

Regrettably Mr. TPF, I have agreed to do the Numina TF tonight, as thought that K.Hannon TF would not go ahead....can rearrange it for this Sunday 2pm onwards if interested.

Numina only took 1 hr 55mins, ghosted some...but the 8 of us, absolutely hammered it...and was surprised it was so quick. Think I'm going to try and get some RV badges Sunday...so will postpone Katie for a while.
