Though doing that is'nt really efficent anymore as if someone sends you a tell while you have that bubble up they'll get a message saying that you're AFK.

No it would'nt - if you used that bind you would not be able to chat at all. Pressing 'enter' would just set you afk with the bubble showing 'bla bla bla' 
Phil's is the correct 'old skool' one.
does anyone know where i can get a list of keybind commands? for instance when you press enter to chat, a speech bubble appears with an afk message, eg. "shhh i'm typing." i've got it on my brute but i can't remember how i did it.
