If you have a 3 slotted Fly and slot both LR and Swift you'll have a boost of less than 10%. I think you could use these 4 slots somewhere else.
Besides, I believe that the powers from the Flight Pool will receive a 10% boost in speed in I8.

Actually i was wondering whether it had already been applied over the Halloween patch,.... surely not i hear you say, its just that flying around on the 18th I just felt its speed had been increased a bit, maybe its just my imagination as i hadn't played for a while.
Besides i'm sure it would of been listed had they already tinkered with it.

if i 3 slotted lightning reflexs, swift, and fly for flight speed enhancements would it give me a significant boost to my flight speed or is it an overkill?
