I have been using assault and tactics on live, always nice to have more acuracy and the +per is useful 
Although for the resent Squished pvp tournie on test I tried out aid self which helped lots an allows you to stay out of melee range when healing yourself, unsure whether I'll respec on live just yet need some more testing
My personal opinion of the fighting pool despite giving very nice numbers is that as a corruptor your toggles are pretty likely to get knocked off so seems of limited use. Same is true of tactics but might be worth trying out. Would be very nice against mes-less s & l like katana and broadsword though

I agree with Phil, Aid self is best you can take. I been using my Ice/Kin in some PvP fun on a evening against blasters... its been interesting. Toggles do constantly get knocked off. When held/stunned/slept.... my current build doesnt include Leadership power pool but slotting 2 Acc per attack works fine for me
*Note to self I am not a blaster.... 
Kin always benefits from any accuracy boost, especially when you want to Siphon their power or speed. Of course, it's a 'root' toggle, so when it gets knocked off it's kinda annoying. Aid self is a good choice, although your heal is strong, it's never likely to be around you when it fires off.

Well tbh I don't really like tough on Squishies, even if they do get their mastery/patron shield...
I think leadership is a must on Kinetics, especially after you have Transference.
With leadership and 1/2 Accs in attacks, you rarely ever miss, and if you still do you can always 3dam/2acc/1rch- slots are very flexible with kinetics. I think that's how I'd slot for PvP, and it should be quite consistent on a mainly S/T set like Ice.
I'm not to worried about the Acc on the kin side. I've had a kin controller before so i know what its like its ice thats my main worry.
Aid self is a very intresting idea tho and i'll have to give it some thought.

I hit 32 on my ice/kin the other day and have been kinda stuck as to what to take.
Its a choice between boxing and tough or the leadership pool for assault and tactics.
Ice seems rather bad on the Acc side as i noticed when using demonic in sirens as i couldn't hit a damn thing with it on but then i'd rather like the S/L resist from tough and my PPP (52% S/L 32% nrg with Scirocco's PPP) so i am torn between the 2.
any advice from other ice/kins would appreciated.
