If you're up to using your numpad, there are a few (i.e. shedloads of) keybinds that could certainly help take the sting out of buffing/healing. If that's something you'd be interested in, I'll get to work on the binds for you. (Caveat: If you're not used to binds, they may seem a little overwhelming.)
More generally, I find that setting the buff icons to "blink" when they're running out is a useful visual cue.

Those binds essentially make healing and buffing a simple matter of button pressing. Hope they help, or at least come in useful to someone.

okay ty , i never did keybinding before so it is a little overwhelming and with pressing shift and alt and everything , but i guess i will get used to it if i play long enough and use it from low lvls

That's pretty much it - looking back, I don't know how I ever played without binds, they're immensely useful little things.

okay i will and thanks for taking time to write down the binds .. but i was thinking , there was a guy that asked if you could bind a key so you could use plasma and fire shield with the same key button , and then a guy wrote how to do , but he wasent sure if it worked becuase he have never tried it - -do you think thats possible ?

This is for the defender/MM bubbles, but can easily be adapted for the others.

The number doesn't correspond to the numbers in your power tray - it's the number on your numpad, to the right of your keyboard.

I think that would work, but it still requires you to select the person you want to buff - the benefit of the numpad binds is that you don't have to waste time selecting people on screen.
It's probably possible to combine the two, but it'd be a bit complicated.

yeah i might aswell give up , i cant even get the binds that are writen in this thread to work 
lol thank you synth, well that makes it even easier then i thought
i think im gonna have some problems dealing with all the powers i have so much to click and watch , becareful of whos dying , remember to put shields on ppl . . i have decided to put attacks on the 1st spots so i cant use . 1-2-3-4 etc. to attack and then click with mouse to heal and put up shields , but i feel this is 2 much work , is there maybe an easier way that im just 2 much of a noob to realize
