Enhancement holding device questions...

Lo all, I heard today that its possible to make something that can store enhancements. I have had a bit of a search about but couldnt really find anything on the subject.
Can anyone tell me how to make one and what i need in me base already if possible?

You don't need to make it - it's already available - look in the base items section under the Workshop tab for an Enhancement Table - it costs 95,000.
