It doesn't debuff accuracy.

the descriptions for fear powers say that they lower the enemies accuracy in my experience. At least they did last time I checked which would have been the last time I played my dark defender about a year ago [img]/uk/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
It would be minimal at best I guess
Dark Miasma fear powers debuff accuracy. Dark Melee fear powers debuff accuracy. IIRC Mind Control Fear powers debuff accuracy. Presence pool ones do not.

Apparently the presence pool fear powers contains accuracy debuffs.
Does anyone have any idea what strength they'd be?
Worth slotting?
Would they last as long as the fear effect, or is their duration independant of that?
I'm eyeing them in combination with the acc debuffs in liquefy, and wondering if I can pull it off...
