With 2xAcc in each attack you don't need ToHit buffs in Follow Up. Put in 2xDamage instead.

Reconstruction and Dull Pain both need a 3rd recharge (especially in DP). Nothing is worse than waiting for a power to recharge when you really need it.

With Strike, Slash, Focus and Follow Up you don't need Swipe, you might as well get MoG at level 38 - it's a decent power, despite what people say about it.

I'm glad to see that you have changed from the Weapon Mastery epic, but the Dark epic isn't much better - you can use knockdown to act as a hold on troublesome mobs, Focus is a far better ranged attack than Dark Blast (which has an annoyingly long animation and requires you to redraw your Claws after using it) and I also don't really see the point of an AoE immob for a Scrapper, it will make Shockwave less useful and you don't really need the -acc.

i was just told tohit is accuracy, not dmg :P LOL

the recharges, i agree. but where would i get the slots?

Considering I forgot that TT has that bloody useless -knockback, drop it, grab torrent (1 acc 3 dam) and you know have 2 slots free. The build is still concept ranged attacks.

Dark was chosen over body due to less resist to neg. energy than energy, and not needing CP or FA, also the hold is useful.

MoG was avoided as a PVP death sentence. When you factor in the combination of BU/Aim, yellows, and the loss of healing ability, MoG's defence becomes useless, and the resist doesn't matter due to having so much health lost, and auto-scourge if he runs across a corrupter.

Although if Swipe isn't needed, may as well get it for PVE god-mode.

But he'll still be doing PvE most of the time, not PvP (infact I remember he said on Arena that he didn't intend to PvP much, hence no Focussed Accuracy). MoG will be useful in PvE.

I'm not really sure what you mean by Swipe being PvE god mode...

No, I badly phrased it. I was talking about why not to get MoG for PVP, but then said "although if swipe isn't needed, he may as well get it (MoG) for PvE God mode"

Integration: could do with an end redux
Instant heal: omg this SO need 2 extra recharge redux
Recontruction & Dull pain: 3 recharge redux ftw

Take the slots from the 15 you've dedicated to your epics.

Think this sums it up, the heals are the foundation of the regen build. Think of it this way, if you scrimp on them you will never be able to fight as long as another regen who has 6 slotted them.

TBH, I wouldn't even take health, let alone slot it. Just run the numbers on the time it takes a lvl 50 scrapper to get from 1 HP to full with Integration and fast heal running then add in a three slotted health and try again. You'll probably not even be able to notice the difference unless you time it with a stop watch. Taking both hurdle and swift is more useful than health.

DP and recon should ALWAYS be slotted with 3 recharge/3 heal ASAP. These are what keep you alive and are the only thing you have that will help you come out of alpha strikes.

The other major problem I see here is that integration has no end reducs in yet you don't even slot QR until lvl 27. Is this a respec build or a levelling build? if it's a levelling build, you need to address your end before that.

There are more important powers to take before the fitness/stamina route as a three slotted QR should cover end until a bit later in the build(especially if you plan to PvP. lvl 30 build is important for Sirens)
