For attacks, EM imho once you get at the ET/TF lvl's. The damage they can do is pretty insane if combined with Buildup you can whipe out mobs extremely fast.
As shields, i go for Nin. Self heal, good defence, nice tricks and a great panic button.

Could somone kindly tell me what powersets for a stalker are best for PvE, and please no Regen or Spines, Because regen is boring and Spines turns of placate, and is also boring, Other than that, anything else
