I will start playing my Blaster soon (as soon as cosmic hits 50...Hopefully this x2 xp week end as she is only 12 bricks away! 
)... He is lvl 6 (so unfortunatelly i already got snap instead of aimed shot...however its fast recharge works pretty well for me at the moment...I will respec it to aimed once SO are available)...
this is my Arch/DEv build which is mainly for PvE.
Concerning yours PvE/P build...I frankly would take blazing arrow as soon as it is available...

Had a bit of trouble with this, fitting everything in in the right places... it's still not right. Also not sure about the powers I've picked from archery. This will be used for both PvE and PvP.
