EA thoughts:
I'm not sure, but I would think with Conserve power, End Drain and Stamia you've got too many end red's floating around (esp in shields).
As a DEF set I'd suggest swapping one Int Red to a Recharge in Heal Self.
I'd also suggest trying to get Energy Cloak in sooner, but that's a personal preference.
Any more than 1 def buff in Overload is a waste (if you have the other shields on). The End Mod also isn't needed. I've got one end red in my shields and none in attacks and Overloaded I never run out of end. Swap those 2 for heals. The extra HP (remember it boosts HP not just heals) will really help against PSI and prevent AV one shotting through DEF.

also think that with just 3 attack you'll have a very hard time keeping an attack chain up at higher lvls where you are spammed with -recharge.. even I struggle sometimes with keeping an attack chain up (especially in hasten's downtime or when I get hit by -recharge) with stone fists, the 2 mallets, seismic smash and tremor. Would really advice to check out if you can fit in some more attacks.

Well, going with 3x recreduced Brawl as the fourth attack, I've so-far managed to keep up even when faced with galaxies (who I hate with my tank, because of the -recharge). It's more a matter of poking them with small stuff enough to be able to finish them with the bigger attacks.
Will have to see when facing bigger groups of -rechargers.

Any thoughts on the following? Currently have the character up to lv 27 with a prototype of the following build going, but been wondering how it will work later in the game..
The Endreds in Heavy Mullet and Seismic Smash will probably be replaced with Recharges if the Endurance consumption feels balanced at that point.
