You're not honestly expecting decent damage from GE, are you?
I suggest swapping the damage for Disorientation if you want it to be useful. Stacking it with Inky helps a lot against bosses. You should also drop the -End in Inky, it drains a lot more Health than End. Acc and Disorient are good for this power.
Recharge instead of Damage in Gravity Well may likely be more useful.
Slotting CJ for +Def is a waste of slots, you'll get 1% additional Def or so from those 3 slots. Since Kheldians are Res based this will change so little that you won't notice the difference, unless you make extensive logs before and after (think 100 hours of combat each).
I assume that you skip Nova and Dwarf deliberately. Personally I wouldn't want to miss out on their advantages, but others can't work with their disadvanages.
ok ill take the slots off combat jumping, and slot GE as you mentioned. Although i just figured well its another aoe might aswell make it do a bit of damage, and im going all human so no forms im affraid. i have dwarf atm but im pretty sure tahts going to become obsolete when i get eclipse.

Higher base damage than Blasters, an additional +45% inherent damage buff (doesn't affect the ED/Enhancement calculation), non-suppressed Fly, long range attacks.
A well-slotted Nova is the essence of Flying Ranged Damage Dealing Mayhem. It just doesn't do anything else though.
No Stealth/Cloaking Device, no Acrobatics (for Hold protection), no immobilizes, limited to the 4 inherent attacks, almost no temporary powers work (the sword from Croatoa and the Vahz disease should work, not sure about any others). Self-buffing (such as Build Up or Sunless/Black Dwarf Mire) has to be done before you switch and the only toggle you can use while switched is the form.
Both forms also have an inherent endurance recovery buff that can be improved through slotting.
Well a lot of people use forms instead of Stamina. They each have an inherent Stamina which can be enhanced. It's not as potent as Stamina but allows you to stay in the toggle and gain End at a decent rate.
If you've been using Hasten and enough powers to suck your endurance dry, it's a pretty safe bet that you've annhiliated enough to pop out to Human for a quick Stygian.
I've gone to level 30 with a tri-form, and Im still learning. Having to decide which form is best for each situation is exhilerating, and definately taken the most effort ingame, which also makes it the most satisfying when it's done right.
I could use Nova form, hope i kill them before they kill me, then Stygian back to full health
Or I could stand in for the Tank and ease that aggro a little bit, I'll take that boss out of the equation for the team
Or i could stick to Human form and be a controller for the team
Or start in human, get buffed up to the roof, mez the group, change to Nova, blast until im blue in the face, and change to dwarf if i get scared.,
Then whereas the last option sounds the most effective, you're losing valuable DpS by the inconvenient activation time of changing forms. I just think there are 5 other AT's I could play if i wanted to stay in one form, Im gunna learn to use my forms best i can, and be the best dam Lobster/Crab i can be
