New Dawn Patrol (Defiant's only RP supergroup) are going to be attempting to win over the favour of Sister Psyche this Thursday by taking down a whole lotta Freakshow.
It's an RP TF but with emphasis on the TF side of things before the RP side. Basically excpect plenty of hero banter on team chat but don't worry about having to sit around doing nothing while people type about how their character is going to do some shopping.
We have 3 people so far and we'd love to have some more along, so if you fancy a daft afternoon of Freak-bashing (not to menion an SO and some juicy XP) then we'd love to have you along.
The Taskforce will begin at 1PM in Independence Port however we'll be online for most of the morning so feel free to get hold of us sooner (@ All American Russian). Or post here and I'll get hold of you on the day.
Here's the backstory to the mission for those who like to get their teeth into things:
It's a tense time for the young members of New Dawn Patrol. The rampage of the Clockwork King has finally been stopped and both Positron and Synapse have agreed to endorse the team, however the victory has come great cost. Union Flag, the group's founder and mentor, stands accused of murder and leadership of the team has fallen to the ruthless swordsman, Red Mao. Things are bad, but there is no time to pause and reflect this time, Sister Psyche has uncovered a riddle and it looks like the answer lies in the iron jaws of The Freakshow. With their leader gone and half the team busy searching for him, Red Mao, Marie Currie and The All American Russian must march into battle once more...But this is a task that even they cannot complete alone and so the request goes out to any hero who is willing to stand up and be counted. NDP calls for aid, will you answer?
