just a quick post cos its really annoyin me

Can anyone please find where the contact is to start an SG and please take a screenshot or saomething because i cannot find him on port oakes and its really frustrating so if anyone can help me out id be much obliged ty

Port Oakes:

*Check ur map for the marconi-marker.
*slightly east of it, is a very tall building with arachnos banners on it. (once u find it, u realize that u are stupid that has missed it )
*at the east side of the building, there is a couple of doors u can open. inside the registrar stands.
