Union Teamspeak / Ventrilo Server?
I think Union used to have a TS server. Its still up and running
but I dont know if its still a 'Union' TS server. Im sure someone
will tell you more. I dont even play on the EU servers yet
As for Vent, I think that will cost alot of money to get set
up.
I currently run a Ventrilo server for our VG, I am going to talk to my VG leader today and maybe open it up to our coalition friends as a "controlled test" to see how it takes up, its possible it could spread from there.....
At the moment it costs about £5 a month for 30 users, I dont mind paying that for our VG.
If it was to "go big" we could look at a donation link or something but im not going to expand the amount of users unless it does take off

I really dont know if this has been done or suggested before - i'm pretty sure it must have been hashed out somewhere, but just incase it hasn't.........
I know it could get busy, but with the correct amount of sub rooms being set up would this be viable?
Has it been done?
Just thinking - rooms could be along the lines of
Union General Chat / Lobby (All welcome)
Hero General (PvE)
- Atlas Park
- Galaxy City
- Hollows Etc....list all PvE zones
Villain General (PvE)
- Mercy
- Sharkhead
- Nerva Etc....List all PvE zones
Union PvP *All welcome*
- List all PvP Zones Here
Hero PvP
-List all PvP zones individually
Villain PvP
-List all PvP Zones Individually
Union SG / VG leader chat (Locked) (some sort of application process to gain password)
Then possibly have a list of say 20 TF Channels (TF 1, TF 2, TF 3......Etc) that people can use
Even a list of general missions channels could be implimented.
We could select a group of know responsible people as moderators with kick / Ban utilities and set up a forum off one of unions SG's web pages to keep track of Abuse / Banning / complaints / Suggestions etc.
I dont know if it has been done yet, but i do know that a lot of VG / SG's are using VOIP now, and I find it amazing how quickly these tools bring gamers closer together.
What do you think?
Any Thoughts?
