Honestly can't be bothered

I hate complaining as im quite a laid back person, but I just feel like typing this. Lately there has been a massive argument between the so called 'old' and 'new' sides of Galaxy Girl which I stayed out of as I dislike arguments too (Which is wierd as my characters argue all the time. Some form of outlet for me? ). Lately I have found the 'old' group to ignore me if theyre not being critical of me. I can take that, that's fine. It's just when it happens for weaks on end or I get critisized too many times in an evening.

I know the is the ICA=ICC thing but that's it. Both me OOC and Inago IC have been treated pretty much the same way. We don't feel like a member of the community anymore and have spent more and more time with newer rp'ers as they are more friendly and are actually excited to see me when I log on (And some won't quit bugging me on msn Which I like as it gives me regular breaks from work ).

I do not post or even read the "9pm Under GG's Skirt" thread anymore as it is about rp i'm not really involved in anymore. In game I spend more time on other channels than GGOOC too as I honestly can't be bothered with that most of the time either.

Now I hate moaning and rants so i'm gonna stop here as writing this makes me feel dirty. Yuk!

So, you're saying that because we don't instantly drop what we're already doing and pay full attention to Inago, that we're ignoring you? Sorry mate, but you're totally wrong there.

You cannot expect people to just drop whatever it is they're doing to give Inago their full attention. Take last night as an example. IC wise, Ellie had NO idea Inago's been sleeping for a couple of days, and as far as I know, none of Ellie's friends knew this either. He popped up in the middle of some conversations, we ALL stopped to say hi to him, they returned to our chats. Add to that I have a greatly reduced typing speed at the moment due to a broken elbow. Within a couple of minutes, you sloped off with:

So, you allowed 2 minutes and 35 seconds between arrival and departure, and people DID talk to him... Why are you annoyed? If you'd bothered to take a minute or two, you'd have noticed that Jess was in a personal conversation with Zorielle, and Ellie was worried about Doc T, who was looking very battle weary, and was taking a cell sample from her as well...

Well I'm sorry. but if you want people to know you've been out cold for a few days, finding some way of letting them know is usually a good idea. For all Ellie knew, he was off somewhere with Pyra...

I'm not saying that at all. You honestly do not have a clue what I am talking about. It wasn't last night. I didn't expect you to drop everything for Inago. In the past ive had things happening and then someone elses storyline always takes priority. You have no idea how often he's been shoved into the background. And people did know. I mentioned it many many many times. You were annoyed when the cirque wern't around during Ellie's recent story. I announced this one several times over three days and only 1 person bothered. I don't want him to be the centre of attention, it would just be nice to get a little more. Even a faction of the attention Ellie gets all the time would be nice. Not much... like 1/10th or something.

But it's not just that. I have been made to feel like a boring/uninteresting person by various people who say 'There's no-one interesting to rp with' when i'm right there or who run off to rp with other people all the time. I've been put down so many times in tells that I can't even count them. I'm not about to let something happen in a game that I wouldn't put up with in real life.

Now I didn't expect you to understand and I knew you'd type something about me wanting to be the centre of attention. There are many things that I could type about this but I won't. I am not wanting to have an argument.

Oh... and if people are busy in conversations perhaps a "Hi Kyo. We'll talk later. Just a little busy." would work? Instead of everyone bascically turning their backs on him? The log doesn't show stuff like that.

Well, I certainly hope I'm not one of the people who has been ignoring Inago.

I try and give as much time as I can to people who want to rp ith me.

And I find Inago's character to be an interesting one to rp with.

Now I don't want to offend, but how can you say you were ignored last night? I recall Inago arriving at GG last night with Pyra, being greeted by Ves Nyu and their son, (more about that in a minute) a comment about Inny finally being taller than someone, and then a sneaky peek at Inny's new armour. Then he wandered off. There were people there that spoke to you, so to say you were ignored is just wrong I'm afraid.

Also of note are the recent plot lines which have been taking place of late, we've had Ellie being taken captive, a wedding, a birth along with other things such as RC finally turning out in public without his gas-mask on, (which i'm sure you'll agree is fairly major). Because these events have taken up much of everyones time various people wanted to tie up any loose ends and tell people whats happened since they last saw each other, and as a result most conversations last night were based around those events. Personally Ves didn't know Inny had been out cold for any period of time, be it a matter of seconds or weeks for that matter, hell the last time Ves saw him was when he was still looking for Bluestrike, and how long ago is that?

As I said, I hope I haven't offended you Inago, but from an IC point of view, Ves was always going to be more interested in what his wife and son were doing rather than a friend he's not seen in god knows how long, family comes first for Ves, always has, and always will. Sorry but them's the breaks buddy.

Oh no veskit. I'm sorry about yesterday. I've been ill with the flu and havn't beena round for 2 weeks properly due to rl stuff. I did try to speak to you properly last night but I have loads of people talking at once. Bleh no excuse... Guess i'm a hyprocrite... Forget this post. I shouldn't have posted on the forums. This is mainly to do with tells I get sent more than the IC side anyway.
