Regenatron respec Empath/Energy/Power
Swap the recharges in clear mind for ranges.
Fort doesn't need tohitbuffs on it, since the base +tohit is high enough to make sure that your teammate will have a 95% chance to hit everything up to about +7s, which you won't really be fighting.
Drop one of your attacks and get regeneration aura. With Power Build Up, it provides more +regen than Instant Healing. Slot it 3 recharge 3 heal.
AB doesn't really need heals in it, since the +regen it provides is about as good as slotted health. Either go 3 recharge 3 endmod or put the 3 slots with endmods in them somewhere else.
Don't slot health. Just don't.
Personal preference here, but I'd take AP in place of another attack. I know a lot of empaths don't like it, but nothing beats being able to save a team by bringing the tank from 5% HP to full with one power. If you do get it, go 2 recharge 2 heal 2 range or 3 recharge 3 heal.
Well Xanthus has pretty much said everything. But I'd consider dropping the extra slot from Ressurect. Depends if you have somewhere else that could use the slot.

But that is the major thing. Seriously. It's almost Godmode for your team!
Ok thank you for the help. I never knew Regen aura was that good so I've fitted it in and took out Vengeance since I dont plan to let anyone die
As for absorb pain I know its a fantastic heal but with hasten + the recharge SO's on heal other and healing aura I'll always have one of them ready at all times and heal other pretty much heals anyone for about 3/4 health anyway. Plus I would find it hard to get AP into an easily reachable key.
Also as an energy secondary I use power bolt and energy torrent to knock back any mobs harassing the squishies that the tank hasn't got hold of (it happens) so naturally enough I want full HP for anytime the aggro falls on me.
I don't understand why you feel slotting health is a waste, but I followed the advice anyway. Can you elaborate on the reasoning?

Health is a waste of slots for an empath, because you have healing aura. There isn't any need for you to +regen any faster when you have the ability to heal yourself anyways.
I'd personally drop health in place of swift+hurdle.
I only ever slot health on blasters, as they need all the regen they can get

I really have to disagree here. I know of very few people who can eat through the endurance of AB, so the endmods are pretty much pointless. The health slots, on the other hand, are useful. Powerboosted Regen Aura and then AB on one team member right after gives you someone who's basically been turned into a /Regen. I've used it to help Scrappers tank AVs, and to make people really difficult to take down in PvP. Very handy.

my two cents:
sod fitness pool; get conserve power from the power mastry pool.
i have no end issues cause either conserve or RA is always up, and as mentioned earlier u don't need health, so may as well forgo the whole pool. (and i have never had major problems when exemped for TFs and lost conserve either for that matter)
don't slot CM, theres no need. its fast enuf anyway imho. also rez doesn't need slots cause the idea is that u only use it VERY occasionally.
and personally i'd take absorb pain. it owns, simple as.
I think I have 1 end mod and 2 healths in mine.

Powerboosted Regen Aura alone makes you better than a regen with IH! So awesome to throw that on a good blapper and see them slaughter all.
