OK, on the katana side, you want build up, flashing steel, soaring dragon, golden dragonfly, The lotus drops and Divine avalanche.
DA will be 2 acc, 3 def and will be used to pad out your attack chain and get a nice defence buff.
The other attacks will all be 1 or 2 ACC, 3 Damage(pad them out later with recharge/end reducs as required)
Attack chain on mobs will be BU, Lotus Drops, Flashing Steel for an AoE and Cone, catching as many as possible.
Your two main ones though are Soaring and Golden. Both single target but high damage and have knockdown/knockup.
If you can't fit all of those in just yet, get Lotus or Flashing Steel a bit later. They're useful but not as useful as the others

Hey all,
I have a barely used Kat/SR scrapper sat at 32, still with a pre ED build and an unused free respec.
I'm thinking of a timely respec before the free one's are given out later this week, so can anyone help me out with a decent build to that level? I don't PvP (if that makes any difference), and I honestly can't remember which powers were the good one's or what the best slotting is.
Since I'm up against the clock on this any timely responses much appreciated!
