Information regarding this plot, that's available through inquiries in the right place.
By no means is this all that's known, just what is easily accesible
Also, I'm sorry for not bothering about putting this IC...
---------------
The body brought out by Grav Mistress has been identified.
It is the body of a peacebringer named "Starbrite".
Some digging may reveal that Starbrite is a PB with a low combat rating, working for the Kheldian High Command/Council of Elders on their mothership as teleportation technitian. (for further digging, PM me, with how and such)
Autopsy revealed that Starbrite had been subject to long beatings, and had been dead for a few hours by the time the shop had been set on fire.
An eye witness claims that a Hellion threw the bomb inside.
The bomb itself... more powerful than Hellions normally use, but still nothing to unusual... dispite Crey chemicals and a Council detonator used for the construction.
Police reports will state that there was enough residual Quantum energy to suggest either killing or capture of a kheldian, depending on how long the radiation had been there. Exact time not available.
If I missed anything, please let me know

I wish I could be bothered to come back to GG before I hit 50, but silly me, I said IC that I had gone back to England, and the story I have planned (for me, in my head, don't worry, I probably won't inflict it on anyway) prevents me from doing so.
Gah, I need inf to come back to GG as I messed up my Costume
Or I could just put into effect the little thing I had planned for it...
(( As I'm not around this evening, packing for a trip to Disney, the following is a newsflash report that will be aired this evening! ))
Newsflash
As the music fades, the image on the screen changes to a smartly dressed man sat at a desk.
"Good evening. News is coming in of an explosion in downtown Galaxy City and reports of a large fire. Our roving reporter, Ted Hansen, is on the scene.
As the newsreader speaks, the scene changes to a view of a large fire raging through a building. In the near distance, the Yellow Line station is clearly visible and as the camera focuses on the reporter, the newsreaders voice is heard again.
"Ted, can you tell us what's going on?"
The reporter glances briefly over his shoulder, at the firemen fighting the inferno and the large number of police trying to keep the crowd at bay, before turning back to the camera.
"We're not sure exactly what happened, but some 15 minutes ago, at about 6pm, a large explosion was heard in the clothing store behind me, and eye witnesses report the building was engulfed in flames seconds later."
Behind the reporter, the firemen suddenly start to back away from the fire. A man in a red hat, apparently the fire chief, was waving them back and, over the noise of sirens and roaring of the fire, his voice came over the airwaves faintly, "Back men, it's gonna go!"
As the firemen began to back off, a dull boom came from the burning building, and the flames leapt higher than ever. Ducking, the reporter looks back to camera.
"The fire seemed to start not long after the close of business today, but the fire chief tells me they've no idea if there's anyone inside. From the looks of it though, if anyone's still inside, there's little chance they're still alive."
As the reporter spoke, a woman dressed in red and yellow suddenly appeared in a flash of light and started to move rapidly towards the fire.
With a glance at the heroine, the reporter said, "Looks like we have a hero on the scene, hopefully she'll be able to do something. I'll try to get a quick interview..." The reporter turned and moved towards the heroine, the camera jiggling as the cameraman followed.
As the reported neared the heroine, the fire chief called out to keep clear as the building was on the verge of collapse, the look she gave over her shoulder stopped both the fire chief and the reporter in their tracks. It was a look of horror, and desperation. She then turned back to the fire and a bubble of energy flickered into being around her as she plunged headlong into the raging inferno.
Surprised, the reporter turns back to the camera, "Well... It looks like she's going to check the building for any occupants, but I don't see how anyone could still be in there, not alive..."
The reportersÂ’ voice trails off as the camera suddenly focuses on a shape emerging from the burning building, it was the costume clad heroine, and she was carrying someone in her arms.
Quickly, she moved to the paramedics and laid the still, silvery form on a gurney, before turning and heading back to the burning building. This time, however, the fire chief reached out a hand to stop her, "No, you can't miss, the building is about to go!"
With a look of desperate determination, the heroine pushes forward as she throws the fire chief aside, heading back to the building. Before she could enter however, a dull roar came from the inferno and the building collapsed in on itself, knocking the heroine back, off her feet, and causing the gathered crowd to roar in surprise and surge backwards as the flames leapt ever higher.
A look of horror washed over the heroinesÂ’' face... Focusing closely on her as she slowly climbed to her knees, tears pouring down her face, the sensitive mic on the camera picked up a single whispered word, "Ellie!"
In the background, more heroes began to arrive, and take up battling the blaze. As hero after hero used their abilities to fight back the fire, the camera stayed focused on the heroine knelt on the ground, her face slack as tears smeared her sooty face. Slowly, the camera began to pan to take in the rest of the scene as a paramedic approached the heroine and, putting his arm around her shoulders, helped her to her feet and led her away.
Abruptly, the image cuts out and the scene shifts back to the newsroom. The anchorman man clears his throat, looking somewhat shocked. "We seem to have lost the picture there for a moment ladies and gentlemen, but we'll have more news as soon as we can restore the feed from our cameraman on the scene."
