Respec for my Rad/Therm - Feedback requested

Hi Guys,

Want to respec Doc Flame my 40 Rad/Therm to make him a little more offensive and slightly less of a buff bunny (I don't mind healing but I don't particularly like the shields)

What thinkest thou (collectively) of this:

Ok heres how i would do it (not many changes really, the core is all there), i'd try it with the 2 recarge in heals first and if you start to get end issues replace one with a second end. Also one tohit in both forge and aim takes your and your teammates acc to 120%, more than enough to hit anything, esp with all your other -def attacks. It's a very very nice build, i'm quite jealous at the shear number of slots you have to go around
