You encountered a bug, usually when it restarts like that, an Observer left your match.
The part where it says PvP is disabled refers to the fact you are not in a PvP zone. Just set up another match and try again.
Ignore the info that says it's disabled, that's only saying you're not in a PvP zone. You can PvP in Arena just fine.
The thing with you being kicked out is a (stupidly) common bug, happens to all of us now and then. Your best bet is to simply try again, it'll work eventually.

Ah, i wasn't sure if it was supposed to do that because of the disabled PvP thing.
Stupidly, we didn't bother trying again and went on our merry way enjoying ourselves (and me getting muted for 2 minutes while we explored the arena, luckily, we were the only ones in there).

Well, i'm pretty new to this game. My main is a mere level 15. I have a friend who is level 11. My friend and I wanted to fight each other in the Arena. We found the Arena in Galaxy City, I set up a duel in the terminal. He joined and we begun. We were fighting for a minute or so and then it cut to a loading screen, taking me back to the terminal. No one had won since our stats in our info had not changed.
We are wondering, what the hell happened? If it helps, this is our first time in the Arena (or any PvP in CoH for that matter) and in our info it says PvP is disabled.
Any help as to getting us to fight would be a great help.
