Makes very little difference when PBU + Transferance drains most of an opponents endurance.

I've been working on Far-Seer's build since i4 ended and think I'll finally be happy after the next respec, if I get one that is!!! 
I'm sooo looking forward to PvPing fully, as at the moment I loose or draw knowing full well that I'd win with my new build.
i think a normal regen/katana scrapper will beat you in a few seconds.

To Kaya - Ain't got a clue what I'll be walking into in that fight but thats what will make it fun 
As far as I can see you will have end issues following a prolonged fight with heavy cost items with low amounts of end reds (assault, tactics, ww)
I think Spyka can take him down regardless tho

normal: 3 dmg with 1-2 recharge oder 1-2 acc, standard since ED.
more dmg, short recharge, attackchain without laps.

Firstly, his build doesn't strike me as much of a dueling build anyhow. Secondly you'll never beat a clever Scrapper using another Scrapper without an incedibly lucky Crit chain. If he gets in trouble he can turn on Superspeed and wait for Integration to regen his health how do you beat that?

Well I was talking about the other Katana Scrapper. Also running Quills throughout a Scrapper v Scrapper fight would kill your endurance before you could get the job done. Perhaps not for someone HO'd up to the eyeballs but maybe.
