My only comment is to not to forget that the to hit debuff enh's are now schedule B (5/10/20), not schedule A (8/16/33) as the builder currently indicates.
From playing 4 different DM scrappers I would genuinely not bother with the debuff on anything but ToF. Especially with the recent nerf.

Please excuse a slight threadjack.
I've just started a DM/EA brute. He's level 18 and I've not taken ToF yet. I do plan too, but what is your recommendation for ToF slotting?
For my regen I went
1 acc, 3 tohit debuf, 2 rechg
For my /DA I went
1 acc, 3 tohit
And for my /SR
1 acc, 3 tohit, 1rechg, 1endred is the plan (SR is very slot hungry anf poor ToF is having to wait for the last three until next level)

ToF has a reasonable duration and with a couple of recharges should stack nicely. Its a great power for soft control and I wouldn't leave home without it.
Hello All,
Recently deleted my Dark/Stone Brute because of a creeping sense of weediness pre-Granite (and face it, as a chronic altoholic am I really likely to lvl a brute to 36?). I decided to go Dark/Invul instead.
My question relates to Darks Acc Debuff. Does anyone have any figures in relation to the de-buff and does anyone slot debuff enhancers in their build?
I should imagine that for powers like ToF the debuff is reasonably good but I was also considering slotting debuffs in SP and Smite too (2x Acc 3x Dam 1xDebuff, assuming I have Stamina and Hasten). Thoughts and observations would be much appreciated.
