Hi theirs no real diff between union and difiant apart from union has a lot more role players. If you have trouble finding a team look for a decent SG/VG to join thats quite active.
And yes we do try and organise events ect one coming up sunday 23rd pented arena torny(plug plug). 
But its not easy arranging stuff.

My villain character on Defiant is Tiltside, my hero character on Defiant is Stillframe, but I've been playing with Tiltside far more often.
Get yourself into an SG (Not one that is being filled by a 10 year old kid in Mercy though ) and then you'll find things soooooo much easier!
Union is brilliant!! It has its fill of annoying Powergamers and L337 Kids but it seems thats the norm for MMo's these days. Most of the time its fun and friendly, even in PvP zones.
Come and Join the Horde if you're bored, we seem to have a steady stream of 20+ players online at any given time right now and are getting stuck right into Base raiding and PvP. If you dont get on with us then you have 8 other SG's in coalition with us to choose from
Theres a lot of support on this server, we have had a few large battles with other SG's now and insted of hate and slanging after the event we have always ended up swapping tips and teaming up to work off debt together 
Hello everyone on Union!
I've been playing City Of.. for a couple of weeks now, but whenever I play I find myself being bored by it very quickly. This has alot to do with the amount of interactivity in the game..most of the time I'm running through it all by myself, doing tedious after tedious mission.
I've got a couple of friends on my list but they don't seem to get online that often..heck, most of them have never come online after we've met!
I currently only have characters on Defiant, so now I'm turning to you Union guys for some help and advice. Can you tell me what the difference is between Defiant and Union..
Is it more crowded? (the server load for all servers shows up as 'light' to me, but that doesn't mean there's the same amount of people..)
Are the people friendlier to hang around with?
Are cool things organized?
I really hope you can help me out here. I would love to get the most out of my game. I really like it, but I'm afraid I'll quit playing it if it keeps being so lonely and boring!
