I think out of all of them only Touch of Fear is pretty significant, I've heard numbers of around 10-20% and it has a nice long duration of around 20-30 seconds. I think the others are in the 5% range and have short durations ( 5 seconds perhaps ).

Unless it has changed, which is quite possible, normal attacks are 5% debuff for 6 seconds. Touch of Fear (in my opinion the only one worth slotting for debuffs) is 20% debuff but I can't remember the duration. It is much longer than the others anyway.
Does anyone have any figures for the -Acc in the DM attacks? As my Brute, I see they all take tohitdebuffs, and as they come back pretty quick anyway. With fury and Soul Drain, I'm thinking about slotting them for it. Is it worth it, baring in mind I'm EA, and do they stack on top of each other?
