Well after having a somewhat alright build for pvp and PvE i decided to change Omega so that he would be far better for PvP purpose's, since thats all i seem to use him for these days.

My original Build:

As you can see i was somewhat less focused when i came to respec'n this guy. Anyway here's what i hope to achieve with the new build.

Nice fast heals

Lv2 Dominate Acc x2, hold x2, rch x2
Fast strong holds

Lv4 Absorb Pain heal x3, rch x2
Fast Good heals for team

Lv6 Mesmerize acc x2, dmg x3, rch
Another dmg power handy for lower lv PvP areas where Power Blast not available

Lv8 Combat Jumping defbuf
filler but still better than jump kick

Lv10 Resurrect rechg
more team friendly moves ^_^

Lv12 Swift runspd
filler

Lv14 Super Jump jump x2
Best power for chaseing in PvP

Lv16 Health heal
filler

Lv18 Total Domination accx2, rchg x2, hold x2
Mass control always handy

Lv20 Stamina endmod x3
Always needed when toggles are involved

Lv22 Telekinesis endred x3
One of the best powers for PvP ever and most annoying too :P

Lv24 Clear Mind rechg
More team support, essential for stalker hunting

Lv26 Terrify acc x2, Fear, rechg x3 or acc x2, dmg x3, rechg
Still not sure weither i want control or damage

Lv28 Recovery Aura rechrg x3, endmod x3
not sure on the 3 endmod does it make much difference since i find it awesome without, slots could be used elsewhere

Lv30 Acrobatics endred x3
Might as well have some hold protection with added bonus of knockback protection too

Lv32 Mass Confusion acc x2, rechg, confu x3 or acc x2, confu, rechg x3
Any ideas which would be better?

Havnt used this before but have herd of how usefull it can be especialy when combo'd with Power Boost

Always handy to have

Good attack power

Handy bit of portection

Lv47 Conserve power rechg x3
More End conservation can always alternate with Recovery Aura so always have good endurance levels

Woot double affectiveness altough would like to know more about this one

Sadly had to get rid of confuse since i find its cast time is horrendous for pvp and your left without the ability to do any other moves for a second or 2 on top of that so switched out for mesmerize.

Ditched Super Speed cant stand it no more > being limited in vertical hight in pvp is painfull and finding i dont use hasten much these days since its no longer perma, that and i tend to forget to use it a lot although could always get rid of one not needed power to make room for it.

Got Rid of Mass Hypnosis since i rarely used it in PvE having the better options of Mass Confu, terrify, and Domination for crowd control plus nothing more annoying than sleeping a whole group to find that your teams wakeing them all up anyway :/ that and i wanted Regen aura.

Got rid of stealth and Invis since these days more people are coming up with anti stalker perception defences so tends to make those 2 kind of useless, so decided to get back Clear mind (how i missed yee) and took the leaping pool since i need a nice fast power but with some verticalness plus it has acrobatics since i could do with some anti hold protection since i would be dropping psi mastery's hold protection, just wish it had a better 2 starting powers instead of the ever so lame jump kick and not so needed combat jump which you cant even have on at the same time as super jump otherwise i would use it more.

Dumpped Psi Mastery since it didnt seem to be doing much for me although i do love that psi tornado plus found Indomitable Will is somewhat useless since i cant have it for the current pvp zones, So took up Primal forces since it has some nifty powers in there and a nice attacking power too.

Well thats it hopefully what i will have once I7 comes along with hopefull respec. Any ideas, imporvements, criticizeations are always welcome

1 heal in absorb pain is a 90% hp heal, 2 heals is above 117% 3 heals is like 132% iirc, but you cant heal more than 100%. Change for 1 more recharge and a range perhaps.
On taking out psi mastery i hope you have a respec left for when the lvl 50 pvp zone comes. In general i 3 acc all my aoe/cone control powers as missing tends no to be an option and i love it that way. 3 acc on total domination i think is a bit of a must.
