"I've been here since time began boy, I'm perfectly ready for death. now just get in here before I get bored further!" Shadow was easily bored so he wanted to get this over and done with before he heads somewhere and causes peril.
Ty'lak sighed,and entered the portal,
"All good things come to those who wait"
"and don't call me boy"
"fine. now then. I wish to take you from Tyler and give you a new body, your choice obviously. you will have half your power because Tyler has the other half. however, I will teach you how to use your power more effectivley and maybe, I'll give you more of it. And then, if I so choose, you will be released into the real world so you can get back what you lost today. Plus you get to torment tyler to your heart's content" Shadow explained "Trust me, you think it's a bad deal now, you should see what I can turn you into, it will make you drool so much, there will be another sea in this world"
"Do it,take him from me"
Ty'lak offered himself on his knees to Shadow,ready for the seperation.
Shadow grinned. he put his hand under Ty'lak's chin then ripped out his souls, balancing it on his index finger. Tyler's body returned to normal when Shadow shoved him out of the portal again. Shadow then tossed Ty'lak's sould into an orb of dark energy and watched as it changed into Ty'lak's desired form
meanwhile, in the normal world. Adam ran to Tyler as he led there
"Sophie! you and Alice get tyler to the medi room. John, you Pious, Myrytl and Dirgente scan the building for any strange activity" Adam ordered
"What are you gonna do?" Alice asked
"Think, and maybe learn from my mistake" Adam then flew out the training room door and towards the stairs to the school roof
"I think class is dismissed, do as your told then get to your next class" Dirgente ordered
"That was some scary stuff back there huh?" Pious asked, trying to return to conversation-terms with Myrtyl.
She remained silent.
The two paced across the central hexigon before making a u-turn around the back of the school.
"Adam actually gave an order to Dirigente, did you notice?"
Myrtyl did not reply, the silence made Pious feet very awkward. "Yeah" she sighed at last. "Only I get to order my dad" she joked, a slight smile playing on her lips. Pious felt at ease. He decided to change the subject.
"Myrtyl, have you ever fought crime? I mean, like an actual fight with thugs"
"Yeah, there was a time 'The Family' raided our house. They burnt down the mansion looking for dad, mum and I had no other choice, we had to defend our home."
"Wow, a full on fight with 'The Family' huh? How was it? How did it feel?"
She didn't answer, she couldn't. It took a while, but Pious soon noticed the tears in her eyes.
"I.. I'm sorry, I.."
"No, its not you silly" she breathed, throwing a playful shove at Pious. "Fighting is ugly Pious, I dont like it, I dont like it at all."
At this point, Pious reached for her hands, when she accepted, he followed through and embraced her. He would not pretend to understand her, but he comforted her none the less.
"Daddy always said 'with great power, comes great responsibilities', well, sometimes I hate my talents."
"You can manipulate gravity, right?" asked Pious, she simply grinned. "That'd explain your super jumping, even the way you threw my folder.."
"You're partly right, I am indeed gifted with gravity control, but I can jump high due to some severe reductions made to my inertia."
Pious chuckled. "You and your Physics, say, when our next tutoring session?"
Ty'lak grinned at his new body,
"look Shadow,a convenient distraction!"
Throwing a hard punch into shadows face,ty'lak used his moment to his advantage and spread his wings widely,soaring into the sky of the dimension.

Tyler coughed and hacked,blood staining his face and body, he murmered out loud
"Aaron"#
Falling to the floor in exhaustion.
Shadow let the demon escape. He would allow Ty'lak into his world, for he would be lost. and with out Shadow's guidence and only half the power he originally had, Ty'lak would come crawling back
"Foolish child, nobody has ever survived my world. No one escapes the Netherworld"

Alice carried Sophie and Tyler while she sprinted towards the medibay
"So kid, you have a thing for Tyler?"

John armed his bow. his green hooded garb making him look out of place in the steel clad room. on his back was a green jet pack with a quiver attached
"Ok guys" he started, his voice deeper than his younger brother's "I could have the Wyvern help us scout around but I can't be bothered so let's get this over with. Expect strange activity around here. Look for the Circle or the Banished Pantheon, ok?"

Adam stood on the roof, facing the streets of the city. he was quietly meditating, thinking whether he should continue the lessons tomorrow...
Tyler was regaining his conciousness and had olny one request...his expression not determnied..between anger and sadness,
"Take me to Adam"
Alice skidded on the polished hall floor and put Sophie and Tyler down
"Kid, I don't think that's wise. When Adam wants to be alone, he wants to be alone" She said. She was confused, and also awaiting Sophie's answer to her question "Also, you need medical attention, you just got half of your spirit removed, I think a nice long rest would do you good"
"So what do you make of all this Pious? Circle of Thorns infested in Tyler and all" asked Myrtyl. The couple were now heading back indoors.
"Your dad must've trusted Adam alot, to leave the whole thing in his hands."
"Well, the school is now under attack, you heard him, he said we should keep an eyes out for 'strange activities' as if we'd run into more mages out here."
"Lets check the soccer field"
Myrtyl laughed. "Dont you brits call it football?"
Tyler rose to his feet,more than a little angry now,
"He dares to "want to be alone"!"
Striding over to where Alice stood he exclaimed,
"The guy just put all our lives in danger,didn't take the right precautions and let our wildest fears into the real world, not only that but theres an EXTREMELY powerful demon on the loose,ready to open a portal to our world and kill us all if necessary, and he wants to be ALONE!"
Striding over to Sophie,he looked at her gentle body laying unconcious,
"Little thing yo need to learn about me,when I'm on a roll,your not gonna stop me, and hes set me on a role"
He kissed Sophie gently on the forehead,and strode to the doorway,
"And its worth noting..I ALWAYS get what i want."
Alice stared on. in her experience as an ex-supervillain. she has learnt many things
for example, in he latest battle against Adam, which was last year, she learnt this valuble lesson;
Never get Adam angry
It was what made Adam different, what made him so precise with his work and it was what made him have so many mistakes all the time. Keeping that left over rage since he was nine was getting him so confused and making him bad at decisions.

Adam stood right on the edge of the building, as if to jump off. his eyes closed, his breath tainted with the words of redemtion. he was getting information from correspondants from Terortheus. They were saying that Ty'lak's new body was not allowed to make new portals from the Netherworld. Shadow even turned up to tell them that. for the creator of most of the world's evil, he was being very kind. Maybe it's a run up to the battle soon. Maybe he's being neutral so the battle goes undisturbed.
"Thank you. Atleast I can rest knowning that the world is safe from a second demon lord" Adam whispered in Airvertian
"It's no problem Acenra, nothing will happen until after your battle. good luck, and remember, if you suceed, there is a good ball awaiting you in your homeland"
"I'll see you then" he broke the magic connection and stood watching the rest of the city
Tyler dissappareared in a burst on flame,reappearing seconds later beside Adam,
"oh..don't stop talking to your mystic buddies for my sake Adam..I'm only here for a good old fashioned chat."
he smiled,looking like he really knew what he was doing.
"I wish to apologise for my actions. I would say next time I'll be more careful, but I don't think I'm worthy to teach anymore. what I did was unforgivable, like many events in my life. However, I would like to be alone. I need to re think my mistake and calm myself down a bit" he walked away and sat on the west side of the roof, meditating.
"i'm not here for apologies,Adam...you endangered lives...I'm afraid your gonna have to come with me"
conjuring a pair of handcuffs,he walked towards Adam,
"dont make me get Dirigente or Isidor on this please adam,just go without a fuss.Let us heroes do our job"
"You haven't learnt a thing" Adam said with a grin on his face. it wasn't an evil grin, it was a cheerful grin
"You can't just walk up to somebody with a pair of handcuffs. it's too obvious!" He stood then presented a medalion in his hand
"Here's your next lesson on agility and critical thinking. if you can get those handcuffs on my wrist and get this medalion you have passd the test. Ready? Go"
Tyler looked disgusted,
"A word of advice,Adam,your an idiot"
Taking a few brief steps forward,he smiled,
"You put peoples livesi n danger..this isn;t a lesson anymore..this is life or death...Sophies in their..near on dead...I'm never oging to forgive you for that,and i doubt the court will either."
"... What?" Adam asked. before taking off and rocketing to the door, down the stairs and into the corridor. He saw Sophie lying on the floor. he used the same spell he used on Tyler, knowing that it wouldn't have to same effect, as he also combined it with a purification spell. He started to sense conciousness building in Sophie and he continued his work.
((I just woke up this morning. I was at my school prom so I'm pretty shatter. and a little depressed as I wont be seeing half my of friends aymore

"Huh?" Alice asked
"She is a decendant of Vaytol. She's my... cousin if you will" Adam explained "I think I'll go live in Siren's call after this. it's a good place to go after what I did"
((it gets worse. after two years in sixthform, I have another prom, and after that, I go to university and say goodbye to the rest of my friends, with only a one in a billion chance of seeing any of them again. and I do have to confess, a girl I really had a crush on is one of those off to college, and I never asked her out. I'm such an idiot *sob*))
Tyler sat holding the hand of Sophie,praying she'd be ok,
Calling out to Pious in his mind he requested his help,
"Pious,its Tyler,I need to ask a favour...."
Er.. I'm listening, I guess. Pious stuttered, he'd been caught completely by surprise.
Ty'lak sauntered around the portal,assesing it from every angle,careful not to enter it.
"whats your rush..afraid of death?"
