Looks mostly OK to me. I'd swap enervating field to come after stamina, since it's so damn expensive to run.
Choking cloud won't really be effective without some hold duration slots

The character is already 26 so stamina is no problem.
I don't know about the /rad side of things, but as to the dark blast powers, it looks OK, though, if you can find the slots, a few recharges - especially in the two cones - would go nicely.

First off, pay no attention to the slotting levels...I never do
Anyone got any advice on this build? Especially on the post 26 powers. I have no experience of them.
