Well I've got it anyway on my Sonic/Energy Blapster.
Smacks hard. If you're going en/en you really have to try silly things like perma-knockbacking people in PvP. They don't have the mezzes that ice has or the damage that fire has to keep their opponent under control.
I'm probably going to get flamed for this, but Power Push might be a nice power to take if you're going to keep someone lying down for the whole fight.
KB can only do so much, though - it's nice to be able to put someone out of the fight for a while and not have to worry about them punching back. YMMV, but I took it and won't be dropping it.

I'm not saying it has a long animation but i can make a cuppa between activating the power and it going off.
Best taking more damage imo
I ended up not taking it, in favour of snipe for the awesome insane tactic of getting really badly hurt for defiance then sniping someone

Don't take it.. i took it on my blaster and have regretted it ever since - minimal damage, long animation time etc.. respecing it out as soon as i can
