Which of the secondaries starts out the fastest?
You're in the wrong game if you're impatient.
There is no quick starts for any AT of any powersets. Play with whatever suits your style and you'll get the rewards.

Scrappers are always pretty squishy in the lower levels, the weakest is Regen, but when you get to 16 and Integration it's plain sailing.
Which one? Im a very impatient person and i have realy only tried out regen.
