Lol, well if you went to Galaxy city, then thats far quiet until 9pm at the statue when the RPers come out, best place to start is Atlas, then when high enough, to The Hollows. People are nice enough at this level, although some are quite........... rude!
And if you want a lively, almost never sleeping community, then enquire about the 1AT coalition, people are always on there willing to help out.
But anyways, welcome!
I found the same thing when I moved over from the US servers, it is sooooo much quieter on here, you do get used to it, but it certainly makes teaming a lot harder than before. To be honest I regret moving to the EU servers, cause even when the US was sleeping, they're were still more players around than on the EU. But it does make the lag a lot less in general, and there's lot's of cool peeps over here too.

I just returned to this game, well, i played it for a few months after release, on the american servers
Just reactivated yesterday and moved my account to the european servers (Union)
Been running around a bit today in the zone you start in, and have hardly seen a single person. (not atlas park, but the other one)
Where does people hang out ?
