/DA gets no Knockback protection so you will need Hover or Acrobatics really.
The respec trial can be done at level 24 (need team of 4 to start).
My level 50 Claws/DA has no problem soloing or teaming on invincible.

Badging character: Bimble on the Union server, Badgehunter.com and City Info Tracker.
Try typing /respec you may well have a free respec, depends on how long ago you created your character. But I would suggest saving it if you do. Or rerolling 13 is doable with a good team in a day or so, respecs are much harder to come by.
Okay thanks for the answeres, i'll just keep playing i think, and if i feel i can respec either at lvl 24 or later, so i think i'll be fine.

One more thing, is it possible to choose something else as my second profession with the respec or the respec trail thing? or can i only respec my powers within those i've choosed?
As part of a respec, you can't change your actual primary/secondary powersets so you will be a claw/DA for life 
You can change what powers you pick and where you place slots though and can also change your pools.
Yea i see, i'am going to make a new character then, but having a real hard time choosing atm :P

I've just started to play again, and i thought that i should pick up my lvl 13 scrapper again Claws/DA.
And my travel power is going to be fly, anyway :P not turning around there, so i choosed hover, but i've heard Air super(something) is better?
Anyway, if its possible i was thinking of playing this build to level 24? because then i've heard you can take a trail or something to respec? or can i respec now? and is there any point at all to respec this character? like is Claws/DA good? how is it doing in PVE(SOLO/Groups) and in PVP?
