Clockwork minions would be good 
for the summon group one you could have 3 normal clockwork
summon 2 you could have 2 telsa princes
and for the third you could have a big assembler thing or whatever they're called
and for the 3 attacks betwewen each summon could be Psionic

Just because they look like clockwork doesn't mean they work like clockwork.

They could also be easily reskinned to look different so it was clear that they are henchies rather than real clockwork. My main point was that there was an existing resource that could be used to offer Robot MMs 3 different classes of robot (standard, clockwork or council).
