Cosmic Burst - Extreme Damage?????

I am starting a Rad/Rad Corr and on the power description for Cosmic burst it says extreme damage but looking through the forums and guides its BI index is only 5.8889 and Bitter Ice Blast is 6.3334 which is suppose to be superior damage. Is it simply the description for the power is wrong? Can anyone with CB as a Rad Corr advise on the damage - is it really extreme!

I'm not certain about this but the Extreme, Superior, High, Moderate and Minor measurements is relative to other powers within the powerset not in comparison to other powers in other powersets.

Cosmic Blast is a secondary power for defenders. Defender's blast secondaries are weaker compared to that of Blaster's blast primaries.

Likewise the Radiation Secondaries for a Controller aren't as powerful as those of a real Radiation Defender.

Does anyone with Cosmic burst make any comment of the damage???

Cosmic Burst rocks so hard I weep tears of joy every time the magic word "scourge" appears in conjunction with its use.

Also it has a pretty much guarenteed stun, which is very useful.
