As far as I know the SGs listed here were from the days where you only needed a portion of the requirements to create a raidable base, and it was just a small fraction of what you need nowadays.

[/ QUOTE ]

And what would you need now?

Iirc it's not changed, you need the anchors and an IoP stand.

Precisely, I was being sarcastic as Tower was propably thinking what you would need to have a chance of winning in a baseraid.. which is something different.

ps. Extremus, if Pds have more base raids please Gtell me as Im dying for some action. Although I have reactivated Eve to get some change.

Going off topic but I'm pretty confident you find Tower was right! He made that post yonks back when you you didn't need all the criteria such as sg computer and 6 anchors to have a base raid.

Erm.. you never needed a SG computer, still dont, and the anchors were required from the very start when bases were just at the test server iirc(I know, I was there playing with them and posting to my SG forum).

Fancy a little wager then as thinking back my memory says otherwise

We used to do regular raids and I can remember some changes being implemented which made it so that only a select few at that particular time could raid as they met all the new criteria.

Back in the day all you needed was mission computer and raid teleporter if you wanted to instant raid someone else's base (even today still need that mission computer). Anchor wise you could have a minimum of 1 and maximum of 6. Anyone else remember it being this way as Im sure we did a raid that lasted like 1 minute as destroyed 1/2 anchors. Hopefully not going crazy and dreaming about that last bit lol.

Youre right about the number or anchors, but iirc the only real requirements were the raid teleporter and the anchors. iirc IOP base wasnt needed for instant raids.

Im not buying this about mission computer, since that would mean it has a purpose.... and all my moaning at COP threads has been in vain..

I don't know about the others, but we at Earthclan Elite on Guardian have most definitely kept up with it.

Many groups, in the wake of Issue 13's turning off of Raid Pathing and bounding box collision for Base objects, have chosen to make use of these relaxed constraints in redesigning their base layout and have broken the earlier Raid Pathing that was in place.

Operating on the assumption that restoring Raid Pathing or some variant of it will necessary to ensure access is provided to Power, Control, Anchorpoints, etc., we have retained full Raid Pathing, and maintain a highly Raid-Ready base for when Base Raids return to the game.

We are a highly active SG that really loves Base Raids to help keep our edge sharp as we await the return of Items of Power to the game! When Base Raids were active, we would always gladly attack, defend, or both, either in single rounds or in back-to-back Raids. We run Raids from just a few persons up to full 16-on-16 massive, sprawling battles.

If you are on Guardian and interested in Base Raids, don't wait for them to come back to CoX before you get in touch! Send a /tell -- let's get to know each other now, so we can introduce your SG/VG to our other Base Raid partners on Guardian and we can be ready to kick things off in style when Base Raids and Items of Power return to the game!
