First Idea MM Build and a few questions
What are you going to use all that endurance on? You have Stamina and a vast quantity of EndRdx in your powers. I'd suggest dropping the entire Fitness line, and go some either a few more Secondary powers, or some Medicine powers.
For a nice mix I'd take Aid Other (Medicine), Repair (Primary) and Personal Forcefield (Secondary).
No need to slot for more than two EndRdx in any toggle (especially with an "inactive" build like you are using) so shift the extras into boosting the three new powers suggested above.
Seen a lot of good advice recently about popping an EndRdx into Protector Bots as they eat through their own endurance very quickly and need the boost.
Otherwise, that's all I got for you!
It's all about playing style
I'll add my 2 pence as well.
1) I disagree with Zap about the fitness pool, as I got to 38 or so then respecced into it, and wish I had taken it all along. Is it vital?..Nope definately not, I managed without it for 38 levels, however I much prefer to have it, especially with 4 toggles to keep running and bubbling teammates and bots can deplete your end very fast indeed (even with an end redx in both bubbles and 2 in all 4 toggles). In tough missions when you suddenly want to resummon battle drones or prots due to them dying, you can suddenly run out of end if you resummon, and turning off all toggles before you do it mid fight can be bad for the team, so it's usually not an option (not to mention the wait for them to be up again).
2) Group Fly really isn't necessary, but if you want to give it a go, be my guest However with Robots, I would heartily recomment recall friend and teleport, due to the size of the assault bot, it can get stuck going through doors or up/down lifts. Sometimes others get jammed as well, due to the AB appearing on top of them. Recall friend allows you to get the affected bot out of trouble, without having to dismiss/resummon or go up and down until you free it
(both really annoying!). If they fix that one, then by all means pick up fly again
3) Powers: I'd recommend Aid other and repair too, to echo Zap. It's great suddenly healing 800+ hp on your assault bot mid mission...enhances survivability greatly, and aid other is a staple diet for keeping the battle drones alive.
4) Slotting: I'd go with 2 End Redx in each toggle max, and put an end red in Deflection and Insulation Shield as you use them a lot (or I do when solo or teamed )
Equip Robot is fine with 1 recharge, but I would put 3 recharges on the 2nd upgrade power...it really is slow to come back
I like the idea of End Rec in Protector bots...not thought of that, as they do indeed blast through endurance faster than the other bots, which will hardly scratch their bars.
Personally, I went 2acc, 2dam and 2def buff in my prot's as they do great damage later on with the aoe attacks, and I like the idea of stacking their defense as much as possible. The base is low, but they use it all the time, so I try to maximise it. Their heal is pretty good unenhanced, but I could see 2xheal instead of 2xdef working too
That's all I can think of right now, I would go with what seems to work for you hehe. Robots/FF is a very strong build, and you have the key powers in your build. You would have to try pretty hard to make it ineffective!

Switched the powers around and sorted some slotting for the bots since some enhancements for them aren't available in the hero planner. I've set it up to 27 without the fitness pool at which point I'll have a good idea of what I want from there plus by then (at my levelling rate) there'll be an extra ten levels to plan and see how the patron pools affect power choices.
So fitness pool out, repair in, tactics and assault moved forward. Post 27 powers then up for debate at the time.
Also slotting refined a little, a few less endreds in favour of other powers better earlier and protector bots sorted.(Avaialble enahcnements in planner are incorrect)
I'm keeping the fly stuff though because that's the build concept. He wouldn't be 'The Evil Aviator' without his defining characteristic of flying himself and his robots everywhere for absolutely no reason but the fact that he's a nutjob. Group Fly might use up ridiculous end but It's no loss if I have to go fitness at that later point to cover it.

Okay, thought I'd have a go at a Robots/FF Build but since I don't know anything about the bots and little about Force Fields I figured I'd ask for help. Anyway, here's the build, slots not in order as usual and I have 4 slots spare. I figure they'd go into the two upgrade powers so they are 3 slotted for recharge but I didn't know what recharge time is on those powers so feel free to distribute the slots elsewhere if you so feel like it.
The Build is designed to be entirely reliant on the bots with leadershipe buffs and field defenses to make them unstoppable and group fly is also very important due to the fact that a flying platform of killer robots sounds really really cool.
However, regarding group fly, too much end usage with all the pets and too much -acc possibly?
Let me know if I've chosen any duff powers since some of the ones I lef tout look pretty fun.
