The population of the PvP zones tends to swing around quite a bit. Type /whoall to see whos in the zone but players who are doing indoor missions wont appear there.

most the pvp action happens in sirens call having a reward for actually taking part in pvp does help, and having the bounty system lets you know that there is a hero/vilain to take out. most people have a [censored] build in bloody bay too busy obtaining travle power, the only serious moves unlock at sirens call level and beyond

i went there today to find you got to do missions, i couldnt find any rl players, all i found was bloody, blob things, and npc mages...
where are the villains?
