Not possible anymore, I know it used to be done on the US servers but it was changed so that it didnt work.
Not sure if that means you cant drain his endurance, or that the mitos will spawn whether he has endurance or not.

I haven't read the enitre thread from the link in the original post as its quite long, but has anyone put forward the idea of draining hamidon's endurance instead of holding him?
There are quite a few powers which halt endurance recovery and along with transfusion, transference and short circuit (or anything in the electric sets slotted for it) it shouldn't be that hard to do. I can't remember off hand what hami's endurance count is, but I imagine its somewhere around that of an AV's which is 800.
With no endurance there would be no rogue hami nukes or mito spawns, which appear to be the main problem.
I just thought this might be worth a try as I dont think we will need as many for this as holding requires, which helps lag too.
