Hasten is definately a great pick for PvP, when its on I can almost chain with just my two most powerfull attacks, both of which have a knockdown effect...

What kind of recharge and runspeed bonuses do I get from quickness? Because I've heard that it's not worth taking.

I believe it's a flat 20% increase in recharge, not sure about run speed. It is well worth taking (instead of hasten) just not worth slotting as it only increases run-speed. Of course if you want to run faster then it is worth slotting.

i wish i kept hasten i rarely used it though as its a clickie but its nice to have if slowed or i need elude come back around asap for any reason (ok mainly pvp and AV). Add to that being a claws scrapper i think i can afford to have one less attack normally due to their recharge times (a couple may need fixing i "hasten" to add).
