mind/storm pvp build
Mesmerize, Dominate, Levitate is your best attack chain so slot them ALL for 2 acc, 3 dam, 1 recharge or similar. I wouldn't bother with a range in TK, slot it for endurance reduction instead.
No stamina? You're a madman. Mind/storm is EXTREMELY endurance heavy, and whilst most PvP builds could probably go without, this one can't imo. If you're sure you don't want stamina, drop the rest of the pwoers from the fitness pool as they're probably no use to you. Replace them with the medicine pool so you can get your hands on Aid Self, which is a great self-heal.
I'd be inclined to go with the Primal Forces epic. Power boost is great for boosting your holds to stack over tankers/brutes/stalkers/scrappers mez protection, or break frees (if people are using them).
Snow Storm slow debuff enhances only affect Running speed, not the -recharge that Snow Storm does. So I never bother 3 slotting it with slows. 1 or 2 and 1 or 2 end reduction is usually my slotting
Steamy mists +def is around 5% which is terrible. Slot it with +dmg resists instead since they're around 20% vs fire, cold and energy.
Freezing Rain should be slotted with dmg resist debuffs. Thats the most effective part of the power. Like snowstorm slow enhances only affect running speed so I never bother with them (you'll have them locked down anyway, I use Freezing Rain to increase the damage my pets / teamies are doing & for knockdown more than slow).
Hurricane I have 3 slotted with -accuracy enhances. Knockback enhances are type D which give huge bonuses per SO so maybe you only need one?
I'm not going to rant about Tornado again. Je deteste. Consenus seems to be its worth it occasionally vs ArchVillains (and you do wait until 41...) and is more useful for those controllers who can immoblize targets 1st, to prevent it going crazy.
But I'm coming at it from mainly a PvE perspective...
tornado causes knockback for anyone that comes near it, right? in a big pvp fight, throw that into a crowd along with freezing rain with the slows and mass confusion, thats chaos.
i havnt included stamina because.. well, it gives me a challenge plus, ive got too many strategies planned with lots of powers, so unfortunatly i cant have stamina.. unless i get rid of fissure/earth embrace.. an AoE knockback or a heal.. hmm..
primal forces does look interesting, with conserve power and power boost.. ill think about it

Just be aware lots of teamies won't like Tornado. I would have loved to try it out on the Bridger / Rockjaw event in Sirens last week though...
put a load of accuracies in gale and what do you get..

shall i post a few tactics which i think might work, so that someone can tweak them for incorrectness, or shall i just keep them to myself and have a go at trial and error, and more error?

No slot your single target hold 2acc 2hold 2 recharge, otherwise you'll only be able to stack it well with Hasten up.
I think there should be more recharges in Levitate too, so you can really spam it and play with people like a Yo-yo.

This is my Mind/Storm Trollers tried and tested pvp build and it rules
I know nothing about Mind but as far as storm go's you have gave me alot to think about. Your use of DefDebuffs look's great, letting you slot with with 1 acc instead of two. I will deffo try this out with my Grav/storm. Next free respec i was planning to drop con. pool for med.pool Which I hoped would give me edge over spine scrappers with FA. The only scrapper ive had problems with. The only problems i can see u haveing is that you cant see invis Foes( correct me if im wrong). Im thinking that a blaster form range with invis could maybe use aim build up and snipe. Then follow up with a couple of attacks. Maybe before you could use your self heal. The other thing is all your DefDebuffs work on grounded foe. Im guessing you use levitate to bring em down but with only 1 acc SO in it theres a chance u could miss. By that time it might be to late. That said it looks a great build and im deffo gonna change a few things with Lady white. With lady White i use tactics power slotted with 3 tohit buffs. Useing your build storm wise you think i could get away with no ACC SOs im my powers? I would still slot my crush with a ACC SO(even with tactics) to make sure i got the blaster etc grounded. I near forgot. I see you have IW slotted with DefBuffs. I never knew you could even do this. you have any numbers on how well this works?
thats for your comments about the storm part. and i think about the defbuffs might be a fault my end. ive worked out something, ive now got two different builds now, ill post them both;

Oh, and slotting Knockback distance in anything to me seems a waste, there's little point. Especially for Lightening Storm, is there any point in having anything but Accuracy, Damage or End Drain in this?
Oh and you're not slotting enough Accuracy for Levitate/Mesmerize/Dominate.

[/ QUOTE ] I dont use lev to bring em down i use Snow Storm. If they are flying movement becomes very very slow. or if that fails a dom does the trick.
