A quick look Ill/FF Build for pure Teamplay
A team oriented Illusion build but yet no Spectral Terror? The accuracy slotting also confuses me - at first glance it looks like it's overkill designed for PvP. Do you mean pure PvE teamplay or pure PvP teamplay?

Ok take an acc out of blind 2 is plenty enough,infact i see you have done this with alot of powers so loose the extra slot out of them or change them to endredx.
Change the defbuf in superior invis to an end reduction enhancment,the def buff from sup invis is not worth enhancing IMO and it is also a big end hog.
Ok here's the big one,totaly change the slotting of PA,I mean keep it 6 sloted but put 3 recharge 1 accuracy 2 dammage,you want these bad boys up as much as posible,if it wasn't for ED I would 6 slot rchg with this.
Last thing,take one of the recharges out of group invis,2 is enough to make it perma.
I cant give any advice on bubbles but I hope you find the Illusion stuff helpful GL with it
first of all, grats on choosing a nice powerset
as said before, dont go 3-acc slotting (except flash which has acc debuff) and especially not blind seeing blind already has a +10% acc buff.
Second of all, why do you want tp foe? Is it meant for pvp? In pve I dont see much use for it if you got FF as secondary, you actually want the enemy to keep as far away from you as possible. Suggest you swap tp foe for spec terror as spec terror is a great power to keep a big mob under control (especially with the massive recharge on flash). 3 fear duration slots on spec terror should do it, more slots should just be put in endrdx.
Also I suggest getting stamina earlier, with all those bubbles being cast and casting control powers you'll be out of end VERY fast (I cursed myself for not getting stamina until first respec).
Also indeed slot your PA with maxed recharge, the faster you can cast them the better.
With hasten I have found out I dont really need a rechg on blind, but that might just be me. The extra rechg on deceive in combo with hasten isnt needed as well, seeing the long animation time of deceive (6 secs) is enough for it to recharge to be cast shortly after. But again, that is just my personal preference.
Insulation shield.. hmm.. useful power at lower lvls, but at the higher lvls where elemental dmg mobs get fewer and fewer I respecced it out later.
For the rest it looks like a pretty solid build, and when I got time I'll post the build of stage on here if you'd like to compare.
On top of that a little gameplay tip, when fighting with bubbles up, try to fight in group invis mode rather than sup invis seeing sup invis + bubbles = end drain.

Very PvP which I dunno is your intention or not.
Have one of these myself as you prolly now so here goes
For each of the 2 bubbles, add an endurance reducer as by the time you bubble a full team your really going to be low.
Take an acc out of Blind and replace with a hold. A second could be dropped in favour of an endurance reducer.
For Deceive I just use an Acc and an endurance reducer. A confuse duration will be added later.
I dislike Flash but the slotting looks ok.
Hasten I don't have any need but with having Flash in this build, perhaps you require it for this.
Superior Invis I have 3 endurance reducers in it.
(Fly is my travel power at 14)
Recall friend is another I have no need for and again, looks like part of a PvP build.
PA is x3 recharge, 1 acc and x2 damage for me.
Group Invis I'd either have 1 slot (mine atm) or 2x rec red.
Disp Bubble I've got x3 and x3 in it
As mentioned from others, Stamina at this point is way too late.
Phantasam doesn't require a recharge, either remove the slot or replace with another acc or go funky with fly speed or something
Teleport Foe I wouldn't have and at this point I'd get Repulsion Field for self protection. Or Force Bolt.
Not sure what Epics I'd pick yet so cant comment and have no experience yet with Force Bubble.
Oh and get Spect Terror - its great!
wouldnt get repulsion field, the time between the repulsion ticks is enough to land some melee hits on you, and it can severely drain your end.
With stamina 3slotted I found you dont need an end reducer on the 2 bubbles, if I cast a full 8man team (even though i got rid of insulation shield) I still have half a bar end left. I do recommend slotting force bubble with end reducers and 1 in disp bubble seeing you would like to keep disp bubble up perma while casting powers, and force bubble when things go pearshaped.
Dont use forcebubble perma cause you will get quite some aggro from enemies who try to enter it.
