Absolutely no idea whatsoever.
But I have it with Knightingale and it's a dead useful power. I used it several times during the Shadow Shard TF we did on Sunday to boost my healing ability temporarily.
Not sure if it'll boost you defence debuff though. Hmmmmm.
Best thing I picked up from the Power Mastery pool though was Temp Invuln. After getting that Black Medic and I invented the Empathy Tanker. LMAO!!!
We did a Nemesis mission on one of those street maps and we only had two Empaths and a blaster (if I remember rightly, I think Snow was with us??). I'd put on Temp Invuln, run inot the mobs, distract them all while BM (who I think had NRG mastery) would come in and Nova them. All great fun.

Nope, its called power build up, and yes it will increase defence debuffs
Yeah, the defender ancilliary (there's a word to try and spell in the morning) version is called power build up, and it seems to do lots of shiny things. I was planning on including it for my kin/rad anyway really, but was just curious about the defence debuff thing, should be handy given the build I'm using for her. Cheers for the answer

Yep, boosts all secondary effects as well. It says that in the info doesn't it?
Anyway, I got all of the moves in Power Mastery for my defender...
a) Good Shield
b) Good Attack
c) My end was terrible, and Conserve was pretty much Perma with Hasten alone.
d)Power Build up really helped the immobs/disorients etc from Storm AND Dark, and it made my BlackStar amazing
e) There was nothing else to pick!

I'm planning on taking the lot as well. The shield should be OK, charged armour would probably be better, but definitely OK from my experience with the blaster version.
Conserve Power should allow me to effectively defend after nuking.
Total focus is total focus, how could you not want that?
Power Build Up just looks good all round, the ability to chuck in a super heal on occasion should be nice, ditto for the end drain.
Anyway, generally getting ahead of myself here, as she's still just a smidge of fulcrum shift at the moment. 
Technically it does boost DoT, as it boosts damage

[/ QUOTE ]DoT is not secondary effect, it's damage. Secondary effects span everythinga power does that is not damage.
Can anyone tell me if power build up from the Power Mastery pool will boost the defence debuff of my radiation blasts?
