Which Rad/Energy skills for PvP?
For PVP the most important powers are the Debuffs (same as PVE tbh). Most important is Radiation Infection. Put lots of -acc in that puppy. In PVP secondary effects like stuns, holds, end drain etc. are the things that mess up your day, so I'd say you should open with RI rather than Enervating Field, then the attacks that carry these effects won't land on you as much. Slot up Lingering Radiation too, slows are very nasty, especially against melee archetypes. These three powers are the main reason Rad characters are so devastating in PVP.

For a level 50 Rad/Energy defender about to enter PvP (is going to respec!), what you would choose as must have, may like and dont need skills within the rad/energy choices.
The priority will be self sufficiency (so relying on strong attacks and and self enhancements more than team enhancements - sounds unfriendly i know lol!)
If it helps, power pools currently include concealment (stealth and invisibility), leaping, fitness, speed, and phsychic mastery.
Other questions, incase anyone has an opinion:
Is phase shift any good for PvP?
Is whirlwind any good in PvP?
Should I drop physchic mastery and choose something else, say medicine (to obtain "heal self" skill?
And the age old question, flight or jumping!?
Any advice really appreciated
