I was talking about why u think QR isn't in the set not about regen Brutes 
And yes i know its your opinion, i didnt try to tell you you weren't allowed it, there was no reason to try make it out that way. I merely pointed out that we have no idea why they took it out. I still think it was sensible to remove it as i certainly wouldnt benefit from less downtime.

Yes, with two toggles, I can see the point of not having QR in the /regen set. I don't need it on my Scrapper, not really, I just keep it there because I like having loads of endurance and I hate Ring Mistresses.

Yes, it's known as an 'opinion'. People are allowed to have them and those opinions not be the same.
Oh, I wasn't actually suggesting /regen Brutes, I was saying that conceptually, regen is a Brute set.
