Yeah found that as well on these missions. Always wait for all the team to arrive outside these missions and all enter together although your game sounds fun i hate unnessasry debt 
Weirdly, I've had no problem soloing those missions (using 4 of the 5 ATs, dont like stalkers), it's only when in a team things start to get a bit hairy...=/
Played this game, and I found it loads of fun! Try this variation - Your stalker clicks on the glowie before the rest of the team enter the mish! Bedlam! And the debt is sweeeeeet!

I like that my pet gets summoned and doesn't need buffing in those situations, am sure the MMs are clicking like mad. That said ice slick usually gives the team time to get their heads together and be ready to stomp

Found a team last night every thing going ok, untill we decided to raid a speak easy in CAD as soon as the 1st member entered they were swamped by guards and within 10 sec they were off to hospital, and 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc. I overloaded on purple candy got the henchmen summond, they were sent stright back to were ever henchman go to inbetween jobs (Tescos i think i always see zombies,robots and ninjas wandering round doing there shoping in there), any way i lasted about 50 secs.
)
Anyway we made a new game who could last longest before the dreaded faceplant! (fun but very costly on debt
