I usually swap my arcane salvage for other people's tech salvage if they don't want it.
This was my initial plan, but couldn't find anyone in the market for arcane salvage.
Our SG has talked about a Quartermaster, actually a few of them. If any Arcane SGs on Defiant has a similar person and want to swap Tech salvage for Arcan salvage then please get in touch

Try Terror Cult, they're an arcane SG with an established working base. Last time I checked they were looking to trade spare tech.(salvage doesnt really have a decent value. it has drawbacks, such as crafted items being permanently lost when deleted, have a poorer control/power value ratio than bought items etc, so it's only real value is subject to supply/demand)

I bought up a fair bit of salvage lats night from nice ppl. I tried to give them what I thought was a fair price but one person was for having none of it - citing my lvl as one reason; "You're lvl42, you're loaded."
Having earned prestige for a month solid and just bought a full compliment of lvl45 SOs I'm anything but. Ultimately he didn't accept my offer and wouldn't make a counter offer, insisting he could get more for it elsewhere. I didn't argue, his salvage, his choice, although I did point out that finding a buyer would be difficult.
But it raised the question;
How much is salvage worth?
If you don't have CoV, are not part of an SG that has a base then it's effectively worthless to you, but if someone buys it, obviously they should give you something in return.
But how much, obviously its likely to be lvl dependent, but I'd be interested to get ppls views.
